Prescription Cream Order
You can order by:
1) Send in your own prescription by email or SMS (we prefer electronic scripts)
2) Connect with an experienced medical provider to be prescribed your customised cream (if it is appropriate for you).
We dispatch all our prescription items within 24-48hrs via express post. Please allow for transit time. You will receive a link from Australia Post to track your shipment.
We do not use offshore prescribers.
The medical prescribers we partner with are very experienced in their area of expertise and must be registered to practice in Australia.
Your prescription is compounded or customised by experienced pharmacists in Australia.
Each product will contain different ingredients uniquely prescribed for you.
The active ingredients are sourced from reputable wholesalers who only supply to pharmacies and research centres. The ingredients must meet regulatory standards before they can be supplied for pharmaceutical use. This includes the United States Pharmacopeia (USP), British Pharmacopeia (BP) and National Formulary (NF).
We will refund your purchase or send you a replacement if:
1) The product was damaged during transit
2) The item expired before the expiry date on the label
3) In rare circumstances, if the product prescribed for you by our partner medical provider didn't agree with you because it was too strong, we will replace it within 30 days.

You will not be disappointed with this purchase! This is magic in a bottle for anyone who battles with red acne marks and scars! I will put this on before bed and wake up with noticeable improvements. I was very skeptical until I tried their sample. The red scar gel and dark spot serums are my go to for removing acne marks. It also smells amazing.
This serum is truly amazing! It smells divine, I can see it is lightening my acne scars which I have had for over 3yrs now. I got the hydroquinone version and they added other ingredients for my acne so it can be customised even further. I love it!
My skin loves the acne range and in particular the red scar gel! It works so fast to reduce redness. I can see big changes to the overall redness over night and when you combine this with Retinamide Forte Cream for the brown marks, it’s just amazing. Highly recommend it. I recently discovered this hair serum that feels just like a face serum. It is not sticky, doesn’t smell like it’s full of chemicals and it doesn’t irritate my scalp.
I am noticing my scalp doesn’t show anymore because the hair has grown to fill the gaps. There is also less clumps of hair in the shower after washing and drying my hair. Highly recommend it.
I have been using their customised service for over three months now and love it. I started out using Retinamide Forte with Hydroquinone and Azelaic Acid which had improved my melasma and hyperpigmentation on both of my cheeks. After three months, we switched to Azelaic Acid and Retinaldehyde only. I highly recommend their service. It is super affordable and the staff are knowledgable very helpful.
I am using this with the Retinamide Forte serum on alternate nights. I apply this over damp skin and wake up with glowing skin. My skin doesn’t feel tight or dry and flaky.
I have just started using this for a couple weeks and I am loving it so far. It doesn't cause irritation or dryness to the scalp. It has a therapeutic scent to it and doesn't smell "chemically".

My skin has never felt so smooth and soft until I started using Elle Term products. This moisturiser has a beautiful cushioning texture and leaves a nice glow. Highly recommend the Age Perfector (cream version) for the winter and textured skin. My skin feels so nice that even my husband noticed. Love the products.
The Barrier Balm works on acne scars! I have not come across a product that works this quickly to reduce redness. I am curious to see if they make any difference on old acne scars so I will take photos and update my review.
