1)   Send us an email to hello@elledermaustralia.com with your Order #.  

2)   Post the remaining products back to our head office based in Australia so we can investigate and improve for next time (we regret we cannot provide return postage at this time).

3)   Your Refund will be processed within 24hrs of us receiving the goods. We will send an email to notify you once your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 days for the money to appear in your account.
