All prescriptions are prepared by accredited pharmacists. Our procedures for compounding comply with regulations governed by the Therapeutics Goods Administration and the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
All compounding ingredients are purchased through reputable suppliers in Australia. The ingredients are manufactured to comply with either the British Pharmacopoeia (BP), United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) or the National Formulary (NF).
Each ingredient is delivered with a Certificate of Analysis to validate their stability, purity and safety for pharmaceutical use.
We will connect you with an Australian registered prescriber. Each prescriber specialises in their unique area of interest and we believe will be the right fit for you.
We cannot provide prescription medicines without a valid prescription and your order will be put on hold until we can contact you.
If you are unhappy with the quality of the products when it is received or within the first 30 days, we will send you a replacement.
For example, if it is damaged during transit or if the product breaks down before the expiry date printed on the label, we will be replace it, no questions asked.
