Prescription Anaesthetic

About prescription local anaesthetics:

✔ Prescription local anaesthetic is stronger than over-the-counter anaesthetic and is ideal for people with a low pain threshold undergoing a cosmetic procedure.

✔ Anaesthetics are tightly regulated in Australia and we can only supply them for the prescribed use in small quantities.

✔ The prescription formulas come in many variations. Please send us an email before ordering.

Where do you compound my products?

✔ We compound our prescription products in a registered pharmacy laboratory in Brisbane and our operations comply with all Australian pharmacy regulations.

How do I know if I am using or using my products correctly?

✔ We will provide you with detailed information to get the most out of your treatment. Our pharmacist will also get in touch with you to answer any questions you may have. Quality use of medicines is always important to us.

Do I need to come in and pick up my products?

✔ We express post your Customised Prescription products. You can also choose to Click and Collect at your nearest pharmacy. We will send you an SMS when your order is ready for collection 😊

Why does the product only have a 30 to 90 day expiry?

✔ The expiry date for all compounded medicines is labelled in accordance with the Formulary.

What if I am not happy with the products?

✔ If you are unhappy with the quality of the products when it is received, we will send you a replacement or give you your money back.

✔ Make sure you apply the anaesthetic to the affected area at least 30mins before your appointment. This ensures there is enough contact time for the anaesthetic to work.

✔ The anaesthetic effects can last 1-2 hours, depending on the ingredients.

✔ Avoid applying near the eyes and always wash your hands after application.
