Where do you compound my products?
✔ Elle Derm Australia is a registered pharmacy specialising in compounding personalised prescriptions. Your products are compounded in our laboratory in Brisbane by Australian trained pharmacists.
How do I know if I am using my products correctly?
✔ We will provide you with detailed information to get the most out of your treatment. Our pharmacist will also get in touch with you to answer any questions you may have. You can also send us an SMS or call to speak to a pharmacist between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday for any questions or concerns.
Why does the product only have a 35 day expiry?
✔ The expiry date for all compounded medicines is labelled in accordance with the Formulary.
What if I am not happy with the products?
✔ If you are unhappy with the quality of the products when it is received, we will send you a replacement or refund your purchase.
HOW TO USE
▪ Strict care must be taken so wear gloves or apply using a cotton bud.
▪ Follow your protocol only for the duration as directed by your doctor and not longer.
▪ If you forget to apply your cream at the scheduled time, apply as soon as you remember but never use more to make up for a missed dose. If you are unsure, please call us or send us a SMS anytime.
▪ Apply at least 1-2 hours before bed to avoid it rubbing onto your sheets.
▪ One tiny pea-size should cover the area of your hand. This should indicate that you only need the smallest amount.
▪ Do not cover the treated area with a dressing unless instructed by your doctor.
STORAGE
▪ Store in a cool, dry place below 25 degress celsius. Replace cap after use.
▪ May be stored refrigerated, do not freeze.
