How long does it take to receive my order?

All compounding prescription creams are ready within 48hrs of receiving your prescription. If we do not have the ingredients in stock, we will notify you of any delays.

Can I order prescription products without a script?

The law prohibits prescription creams to be sold without a prescription. This also means we cannot use overseas prescriptions.

Medical

Do you use overseas doctors?

All our partner medical providers are located and Registered in Australia and have special interest in their area of expertise.

Who makes my products?

All prescription creams are compounded by a pharmacist and is overseen by our Founder, Helen. Collectively, we have over 30yrs of pharmacy experience.

Where do you source your ingredients?

All pharmaceutical ingredients are sourced by reputable suppliers in Australia that are manufactured to meet the standards set by the United States Pharmacopeia and National Formulary.

What if I get a reaction to my prescription cream?

In the unlikely event you experience an adverse reaction, you can get in touch directly with the prescriber or speak to the pharmacist.
